Beer Description
In the times of old there was crafty fox known as Le Roman de Renart. Known across the land for his trickster nature, he was hero of the common man. We hail Renart – made strong by the gods – with this crafty Tripel. Light in color, but not in flavor, we infuse this easy drinking ale with sweet cider initiating a secondary fermentation to finish dry. Careful, don’t let Renart trick you too.
