Beer Description

Native Oranje is light-bodied, joyfully effervescent with notes of rose petals and lychee, texturally similar to white. This natural wine cider is bright, crisp and refreshing with touches of funk and hay.

We spontaneously fermented Finger Lake Riseling grape skins with Hudson Valley Apples, creating a hyper-local blend. The spent Riesling skins aged for three weeks, co-fermenting with the juice and imparting its color and wine-like flavor into the blend. We then blended barrel aged cider with the Oranje wine, canned it, then let the cider condition in the can.
