Beer Description
This 4.8% hop forward German ale is a collaboration with our friends from Pheonix Arizona!
It’s pretty darn tasty! All German ingredients, and a hybrid in regard to yeast and fermentation. We used German ale and Lager yeast to ferment this doggie at 53f. It’s got great hop character in the aroma and bitterness.
