Beer Description
Farmhouse Saison fermented with Belgian abbey yeast and finished off w/ Brett Brux conditioned on Chardonnay Soaked French Oak Spirals for 2 years. Dry and effervescent w/ flavors of cracked pepper, spice, followed by fresh cut hay and some funk. Subtle wood and chardonnay notes linger throughout.
