Beer Description
Is very easy drinking wheat ale with a slight citrus flavor and aroma from the German noble hops it is brewed with.
Covington Kolsch is the beer our brewery was founded on. It is fermented at higher ale temperatures then cold conditioned like most lagers so you get the best of both worlds. A fruity aroma like an ale with a crisp, clean finish like a lager.
