Like a Matryoshka or ‘nesting’ doll, the secret of Dosvidanya lies locked deep within her dark, mysterious and elaborate wooden layers. We said Dosvidanya, or Ê»farewellʼ, to the hidden soul of this rye whiskey barrel-aged beer for several months before now revealing its rich, robust & roasty maltiness. This Imperial Stout blends warming chai spices including ginger, clove, allspice, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon with spiciness from the barrel and added rye for a harmonious flavor experience.
