Beer Description
Today is a pretty special day for us here at Moonlight. Nearly 8 weeks ago we had our buddy Wynn from Wondrous Brewing (whose beer if you’re not drinking you definitely should be,) up to brew our first collaboration together on our system here in Santa Rosa. What we came up with is a modern take on a Moonlight classic four-grain lager, this time brewed with Barley, Un malted Wheat, Corn and Rice for a super light colored, dry but well bodied base to a little hop experimentation, with Loral, Brewers Gold and Crosby Hops Oregon Estate Grown Comet. We are elated with this one and we hope you will be too.
