A blend of saison and mixed culture beer that aged in French oak for 12 months were racked onto fresh white peaches, and then macerated for 4 months at a fruiting rate of 470g/L
Appearance: straw/blonde in colour, tight foam/lacing down the glass Aroma: bright and juicy peach, pez candy, croissant pastry, orange
blossom/sherbet, honeydew/melon Palate: light and creamy acidity, peach skin, slight nuttiness/wood character from the pits, fresh bread
Mouthfeel: creamy, soft
Style: Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Ale with White Peaches ABV: 4.9%
