Beer Description
A blend of 2 year old old pale wheat beers brewed with malted barley, malted wheat and raw wheat. Spontaneously
fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Dry-hopped with experimental hop CF161 (from Charles Faram)
and finished with Maldon Sea Salt.
