Beer Description
ver Zealous – our interpretation of Zeal (our Double India Pale Ale) taken to the extreme, as an Imperial India Pale Ale. This beer features our personally selected Nelson Sauvin, and Southern Cross hops sourced from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Pushing the Southern Hemisphere limits, we included Phantasm(a powder produced from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes) in our dry hop schedule.
