Oh Black Lager (Barrel Aged), Keep On Rollin’… When our brewer heard the black lager happily burbling in the brew house, this is what he began to sing. If you don’t know the song, ask someone older to sing it for you. Oh Black Lager is a dark lager similar in style to a German Schwarzbier, dark brown in color with a roasted malt aroma. The flavor of this medium-bodied brew is malty and mellow with a slight roasty edge reminiscent of bitter chocolate. The finish lingers as you contemplate your next delicious sip.
