Notes of chocolate babka left in the oven for a moment too long, hazelnut, pumpernickel…this is liquid bread in its finest form built-to-fill your favorite dimpled mug.
This is the stuff of made-up dreams. If we could describe eternity it would be full of bottoms up dark & delicious slam time lager in our fists. Along with one our extended TEB family member, Homebrewer extraodinare, and Schwarz aficionado, @analogbrewer we brewed this heavenly black beer because teamwork makes the goddamn dreamwork. Rich and smooth German pilsner mixed with dark munich and Carafa 3, properly spunded for dat natural carb, and laid down to lager in the horizontals to fully condition out for ummm….as long as it freaking takes! Notes of chocolate babka left in the oven for a moment too long, hazelnut, pumpernickel…this is liquid bread in its finest form built-to-fill your favorite dimpled mug. Muchas gracias Chris!
