This cider uses 100% Santa Cruz apples. Each apple was hand picked, lovingly washed, crushed and pressed in small batches. We hope you enjoy this truly hand made, local product.
The start is quite sophisticated without the intense sharpness often associated with a dry style cider. Moving quickly from a tart apple flavor to almost wine-like fruitiness then relaxing into a pleasantly crisp, dry finish. This cider uses 100% Santa Cruz apples.
