Beer Description
We’ve admired Ghost Town’s rise into one of the industry’s leading hop specialists, & couldn’t be more excited to share our first collaboration with them. The idea was simple: take two consecutive-year GABF award winning Imperial IPAs from each brewery (Nose Goblin & Double Cone), and swap recipes. Then to take things up a notch we layered in hand-selected Columbus Cryo & thiol-laced Riwaka Cryo hops. This is one of the most profoundly dank, complex & flavor dense IPAs we’ve ever brewed. An aggressive herbaceous, earthy, top note is supported by tropical diesel, watermelon rind, flamed citrus, black currant & overripe stone fruit. A sweet floral alcohol presence melds seamlessly with an elevated, but polished, bitterness.
