Beer Description
Allegory is an exceptionally clean and crisp unfiltered German style Kellerbier. Brewed with a hint of white wheat malt and hopped exclusively with Hersbrucker, we chose a soft and delicate mineral profile to add snap while maintaining it’s elegance. Step mashed and lagered for 10 weeks, this beer pours bright and clear, without the use of any filters or finings. Based on the German inspired Pilsner, Allegory is impressively well balanced, with just the right amount of bitterness, sweetness, and dryness. Every sip drawing you back in for another!
