Beer Description
This farmhouse ale was made with a famous yeast strain from Saison Dupont, then aged for 3 months in a gin barrel with our house wild yeast. The result is a light bodied, dry & effervescent ale. Complimented by citrus, spice, and floral aromas, as well as an array of bubblegum, lemon grass & vanilla flavors.
