Beer Description
“Ni”, or “Two”, is the second beer in our new series inspired by Japanese-Brazilian culture. In this RIS recipe, we use the very Brazilian and valuable cerrado vanilla with ponkan, a tangerine of Japanese origin. This mixture brings a complexity of notes such as dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, light vanilla and the citricity of the fruit itself. A fusion of aromas and flavors that celebrate Japanese immigration to Brazil.
