Beer Description
Inspired by ancient Finnish Sahti ales, let’s raise our ceremonial drinking horns in honor of our Viking forebearers! We ferment our apples hot to create the signature fruity banana aromas distinctive to Sahti farmhouse ales. We then lightly bitter it with juniper berries and spruce tips, yielding a complex, celebratory beverage fit for the halls of Valhalla!
