Beer Description
The flavor is balanced between subdued maltiness, slight fruitiness from fermentation, and a complex, spicy & floral hop character.
Light gold in color, crisp & refreshing. There is a medium bitterness with a pleasant dryness and slight tang in the finish. Additions of German Hallertauer hops are used to achieve this delicate flavor.
