Wine Description
This Cuve Close Method bubbly made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Chambourcin wine grapes. US is styled as an affordable but delicious alternative to more expensive Champagnes. The wine displays aromas of pear and apricot with a soft finish.
Grapes are picked and carefully pressed in the fall. The juice is fermented in stainless steel. The wine is blended and then re-fermented in the Cuve Close Method capturing the delicate bubbles in solution. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
