Wine Description
Acclaimed French winemaker Laurent Montalieu’s new project at the NW Wine Company use sustainable farming methods and focus on wines that reflect the ground in which they are rooted. Fresh and citrusy with intriguing savory undertones this Sauvignon Blanc delivers a very smooth mouthfeel and more peach and apple notes than usual with this grape. A very pretty expression that is different than from any other area we can remember. Almost like a Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc had a baby. Delicious.
