Beer Description
Our brewer Ryan and kitchen manager José teamed up once again to brew a Dark Mexican Lager for Cinco De Mayo on Sunday the 5th. The first time in two years we’ve tried this style, we’re excited to announce Ensueño, traditional to style and a touch darker in color than our first iteration. Ensueño pours a rich maroon hue with deep shadows and a very light brown head. Rich aromas of sweeter caramel malt, bread crust, and fig waft from the glass. A crisp and surprisingly dry body compliments nice carbonation to balance wonderful lingering toffee, date, and fig notes. Come celebrate Cinco De Mayo with us and a pint of Ensueño (or Michelada with Ensueño!) ¡Salud!
