Beer Description
MATCH THE HATCH is what we are calling a summer lager, Orvis Style. Pilsner style & featuring an heirloom barley called Feldblume. Grown at Schaupp farm and malted at Admiral Maltings in California, and Saaz hops with a slightly modified hopping schedule for a more flavorful bitterness.
