Beer Description
We collabed with a local Homebrewer and long time fan of ours, Don Geldien, for National Homebrewers Day. Dons recipe is a pale ale with new growth spruce tips and clover honey added. This fun brew pulls mainly lemon and citrus notes from the spruce tips, with an underscore of pine. The honey and sweetness from the malts tie it all in and balance the bitterness from amarillo and chinook hops. Enjoy!
