Beer Description
A throwback to circa 2010’s San Diego brewing scene. Generous dryhopping of Simco, Citra and Amarillo bring back that refreshing bitterness we’ve missed, with a light colored body, thanks to a bunch of Pilsner malt. Dry and compact, expect notes pine, citrus, resin and some fresh hop skunk. Surf’s up!
