Beer Description
This beer was specially crafted for Ilis NYC. It was made using NY Valley Pilsner Malt, flaked corn, toasted flaked rice, and Kasu(a byproduct of Saké. NY Tahoma and Pacifica hops were used to create a gentle tropical hop character to complement lager-like dry Saké undertone. This beer if flavorful but delicate working as an accompaniment to almost all foods.
