Beer Description
This collaboration with Pink Boots Society won’t last long – a hoppy lager (what we like to call a Lupo Lager) that takes the profile of a West Coast IPA and applies lager yeast magic to it, smoothing out the bitterness and the body of the beer. We deployed an experimental hop variety provided by Pink Boots Society along with some classic Hopewell hops like Mosaic and Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin to layer luscious tropical fruit on top of hints of bitter lemon peel.
