Beer Description
Blended stout on a variety of hand roasted cacao nibs from Ghana, Ecuador, Haiti and Uganda as well as Madagascar vanilla. The end result is an incredible decadent rich fudgy imperial stout that is as fine as any 13 layer chocolate cake you can find!
For the first time we did a select blend of Sleepy Bear aged in Bardstown Straight Edge bourbon barrels and Humongous Chungus aged in Buffalo Trace Mash #1 bourbon barrels. We then rested the blended stout on a variety of hand roasted cacao nibs from Ghana, Ecuador, Haiti and Uganda as well as Madagascar vanilla. The end result is an incredible decadent rich fudgy imperial stout that is as fine as any 13 layer chocolate cake you can find!
