Beer Description
Pivo, prosiem! We are proud to introduce our Czech style Pilsner. We crafted this with a truly unique malt from Sugar Creek Malting in Lebannon, Indiana. Caleb’s careful attention to his craft has afforded him a unique chance to grow a special barley that has not been grown in the US since the 1950s. Edlewiess malt is old-school and requires a unique brewing process to extract all the sugar and develop the cracker-like, grainy flavor. We paired it with the ever classic Czech Saaz for a well rounded earthy yet floral hop punch.
