Beer Description

The result is big marshmallow and peanut, some toasty/spicy graham cracker, and late-night campfire vibes.

If you’ve ever put a peanut butter cup in your s’more instead of plain chocolate, you’ll know why we put peanuts in our s’mores stout. We started the flavor-building on brew day with 200lbs of real graham cracker crumbs in the mash and 120lbs (a surprising amount of volume!) of marshmallows in the boil, plus 10 gallons of wildflower honey and some molasses in the whirlpool to further push the graham cracker flavor. After fermentation, we infused the beer with Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and toasted peanuts to fill out the rest of the sandwich. The result is big marshmallow and peanut, some toasty/spicy graham cracker, and late-night campfire vibes.
