Beer Description
During our travels for Southern Hemisphere hop selection earlier this year we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to connect with our good friend and Alvarado Street alum, Brady Hannet founder of Future Brewing in New South Wales Australia. Inspired by the popular “sausage sizzle” events that bring together and support the community in his neck of the woods, we cooked up this Hazy Double IPA heavily hopped with our hand selected 2024 lots of Nelson and Riwaka. It is smooth as silk, but packs a wallop of melon, kiwi, and canned peaches floating in hop oil syrup. Earthy passion fruit and a dash white pepper spice balance against a tantalizing sweetness that lasts into the finish. Brady, we miss you. Cheers, mate!
