Our first Field And Oak collaboration to release in our queue, we absolutely adore the friends and fermentations at this spontaneous brewery/blendery in New Jersey. Blend of two-year mature spontaneous beers, rested on Colorado foraged spruce tips in freshly emptied gin barrels. Conditioning gracefully in the bottle since October 2021, the result is a spritzy celebration of the forest, or so we’re saying! It’s got huge coniferous aromatics with flavor notes of citrus, pine tar, and the holidays
