Beer Description
Solstice was somewhat experimental for us as it uses a new process to enhance the body and mouthfeel while softening the hop character of an IPA loaded with a Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop bill.
Welcoming aromas lead to chewy flavors of assorted citrus, delicate stone fruit, papaya, pine, and plenty of rainbow melon #EQjuice right before a sorbet finish, making each sip a treat for the long number of daylight hours the season has to offer.
