We give this beer a massive hot side addition of fresh Centennial hops from @goschiefarms along with a bit of Simcoe and Citra hops to create a medley of aromas and flavors from bright orange zest, lemon rind, dried currants, and a dash of just mowed gras
Cole is our Centennial fresh hop beer we brew with our old pals from @humblesea We took a little inspiration and a lot of liberties with their delightful IPA, Socks and Sandals for the backbone of this beer. We give this beer a massive hot side addition of fresh Centennial hops from @goschiefarms along with a bit of Simcoe and Citra hops to create a medley of aromas and flavors from bright orange zest, lemon rind, dried currants, and a dash of just mowed grass.
