Beer Description
It’s extra pale, light bodied and infused with crackery Pilsner malt goodness that gives way to a chorus of dank citrus oil and Riesling grape notes chased by layer after layer of mango, passion fruit and pineapple.
It is that time of year, and we are getting in on the action for #timboweek2024! Our good friends at Highland Park Brewery have invited us once again to brew their delicious West Coast Pilsner, Timbo Pils. This progressive, hop forward lager beer is hopped with gobs of Mosaic & Citra, and just a dab of HBC 586. It’s extra pale, light bodied and infused with crackery Pilsner malt goodness that gives way to a chorus of dank citrus oil and Riesling grape notes chased by layer after layer of mango, passion fruit and pineapple. Brewing this beer once a year is something we really look forward to, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
