Our celebration-of-harvest festbier with floor malted pilsner malt, dark Munich malt, and a touch of brumalt for an array of copper and amber hues offering a malty caramel and wildflower honey base in this double decocted lager.
Our celebration-of-harvest festbier with floor malted pilsner malt, dark Munich malt, and a touch of brumalt for an array of copper and amber hues offering a malty caramel and wildflower honey base in this double decocted lager. The beer is then hopped with Saaz and Strata, offering the first Grow twist on a classic. Then co-fermented cool with our terpene blend to give an aroma of herbs, spice, and intense fall foliage. After cold conditioning for 7 weeks to a brilliantly clarity we are able to offer our take on a yearly tradition. Prost!
