Founded in 1901 on The Bluff overlooking the Willamette River, the University of Portland has etched its Legacy into the Rose City’s History. University alumnus Steve Waters, owner of Backwoods Brewing, has created Pilot Lager in homage to the University’s lasting and continued impact.
