this beer combines the appearance and hop aroma of a Hazy IPA with the dry finish of a West Coast IPA. It’s moderately bitter, juicy, and tropical, and gets that clean finish that makes you smack your lips
Hazy West Coast IPA is a style that has been around since about 2020, but we’ve not brewed one. Till now. Named Bent Like Rope, a lyric from the song “Hungersite” by the band Goose, this beer combines the appearance and hop aroma of a Hazy IPA with the dry finish of a West Coast IPA. It’s moderately bitter, juicy, and tropical, and gets that clean finish that makes you smack your lips.
