Local Dork is an IPA brewed with freshly harvested whole cone Chinook hops from our friends at @champlain.valley.hops in Starksboro. Vermont’s take on Chinook brings bright tropical flavors like ripe pineapple, with subtle notes of pine and resin in the background. With a 7.2% ABV, this beer is perfect for embracing the season of harvest and fresh, local ingredients. And if you’re ever wondering about the hop names: Chinook hops are named after the indigenous people native to Washington, where the hop was first developed.
