Beer Description
A hybrid style that’s popular in the West Coast, this beer blends the light crushability of a Pilsner with the hoppy edge of a West Coast Style IPA. We brewed this one with Pilsner Malt and Saphir Hops in the kettle before hitting it with a healthy Dry Hopping of Citra, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic. Pouring a translucent straw-yellow color, this beer is refreshing with notes reminiscent of orange marmalade, berry medley, and sweet bread with a crispy, lightly bitter, finish.
