We brew this German style Scwarzbier with only German malts, specialty Roasted barley, noble hops and Getman yeast for a truly authentic experience of classic Germanic dark beer. Schwarzbier is much like a Porter or stout without the heavy influence of chocolate and coffee notes. What you can expect is a smooth soft dark malt profile with subtle roasted barley notes, a drizzle of caramel and raisin with a dry and clean finish. A non adjuncted dark beer perfect for the season
