Beer Description
Grain: 100% Weyermann Pilsner Malt Hops: Nelson, Simcoe, Citra, Idaho 7
Many of our clear hoppy beers have continued to focus on hop expression as the grain becomes more and more streamlined.
For Scenic Route, we mashed low with 100% German Pilsner Malt from @weyermann_specialty_malts which is an amazing backdrop for hops to shine.
This pale base malt character then sets up our blend of West Coast hops in addition to some New Zealand hitters for a piney and tropical experience with notes of lychee and grapefruit.
