Beer Description
In conjuring up a plan for this ale, we honored that natural sort of magic by culturing lactobacillus to quickly sour the whole batch. The resulting brew retains the magic of those bygone days, with a citrus-like tartness that awakens and refreshes your palate with each sip. Of course, any wizard worth the name has more than one trick up their sleeve. In this case, The Wizard has summoned a bountiful bundle of berries (blue-, black-, and rasp-, to be precise) to invoke the jammy flavor of cobbler filling. Heβs once again created an invigorating tonic guaranteed to amaze and delight. Grab a pint and share in the magic with us!
