Beer Description
As we blended our first version of Coconut Scoop, we couldn’t help but notice that a few of the barrels imparted huge vanilla and marshmallow notes, so we decided to save those for a future project with our good friends at 3 Sons Brewing Co. After aging our base blend for 34 months in 10-year Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrels, we added raw and toasted coconuts, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and of course, marshmallow cream, to make an even more expressive and flavorful sequel to last year’s Coconut Scoop.
