The Lammsbräu presents the first Gluten-free, barley malt, of course, in the proven Lammsbräu organic quality. Previous gluten-free beer-like beverages were brewed from millet, rice, corn or buckwheat, representing neither the usual in Germany beer taste nor the purity law. The Lammsbräu has succeeded with a new, unique process, the finished brewed beer before bottling which among other things gluten present in barley and wheat (gluten) to escape.
