Beer Description
A really guzzleable terroir-driven lager brewed with locally sourced Deer Creek Malthouse Colonial Pilsner malt, hopped enthusiastically with Saaz and a sprinkle of Grungeist. Fermented with our monastic lager yeast and cold rested for weeks.
Notes of farmers’ market bread stalls, soft pear perfume, lemon scented herbs drying, ripe dough, and just honest beer flavors.
