Beer Description
Three way collaboration East Coast-style IPA with Trillium and Haas®, highlighting KRUSH (formerly experimental hop HBC 586) in the context of an expressive fermentation. As expected, KRUSH complements the orchard-fruit ester profile of our house hazy yeast, pushing its candied citrus notes to the forefront of the aromatics. We’re also getting that unmistakable mango note, along with some background coconut vibes. Taking a queue from Trillium’s masterful New England IPA game, we’ve strived to replicate their brewery’s velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel.
