Beer Description
Tasting notes: Fruity-Bubblegum, a touch of spice, slightly tart, with a dry finish.
Fermented with Saison Stein yeast from Omega. This yeast is made in house at Omega and is a blend of French and Belgian yeast. The yeast gives off fruity flavors from the belgian influence and the French influence adds the spice character of a saison. Tasting notes: Fruity-Bubblegum, a touch of spice, slightly tart, with a dry finish.
