Beer Description
Beyond the edge. Forged in resilience. Where most fade into the pull of darkness. A relentless will to chart into the unseen. A collaboration with our friends at Green Cheek Beer Co. Mashed with American pilsner malt and then hopped throughout the boil with Simcoe, we whirlpooled with Riwaka before fermenting low and slow and then dry hopping with Krush, more Riwaka and a dash of Citra Cryo to create a cohesive ensemble of grovestand orange juice and a dash of mango all finished off with some California dad grass.
