Beer Description
Symbiosis by definition is a mutually beneficial relationship between different organisms living in close physical association or proximity. Symbiosis is a fascinating contradiction to the rules of nature. Figs and Amazon fruit bats, lychen (Annie Algae and Freddie Fungus took a lychen to each other), leaf cutter ants and their farmed fungi, and Fonta Flora and Wicked Weed. Both breweries are fiercely independent and as unique as the fungus growing in Todd’s beard. The combined result is a hip blend of rustic North Carolina grain and tart-to-the-taste North Carolina rhubarb.
